Having been part of the Real Estate industry since the launch of Command, we specialize in agent training for Command File management. Recognizing a growing need, we established a service that allows agents to offload this task for a reasonable fee.
We manage the creation, uploading, submitting and monitoring of each transaction file in Command, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Serving as the liaison between Agent and Compliance Broker, we facilitate communication to ensure alignment on file requirements, revisions, and missing elements for a successful transaction.
Our Command Coordinator service is designed for agents with a strong understanding of real estate contracts & are adept at managing communications with all parties to the transaction. We take care of the often tedious task of splitting/organizing/uploading fully executed documents into the Command File, guaranteeing compliance with brokerage requirements.
